Collaborating with ACEC on the "Firm of the Future"

Our Copper Hound team spent a day with the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) to help bring their "Firm of the Future" initiative to life through video. The goal of their initiative is to understand where the world of engineering is heading, and what are the steps firms need to take in order to succeed in the future. Discussion topics ranged from embracing new technologies, understaidng how sustainability can be more fully intergrated into firms, and what the future workforce will look like.

Our production day was spent at the Autodesk office in Boston’s Seaport District, where we had the chance to sit down with ACEC’s leadership team and member voices. Those we sat down with talked about where they thoughts the industry is heading, and what firms can do to stay in front of all that is changing. It was great to hear so many perspectives.

After our production day, we edited the main video, which was a compilation of all their insights. We enjoyed pulling this all together, and we hope you find their perspectives insightful as well.
