The Boston Business Journal named McCourt Construction the 7th best place to work in Massachusetts and Copper Hound Pictures was able to get a lens behind the yellow tape on some of their job sites, and spent time interviewing the people that make this company what it is. We filmed a series of small groups and listened to their stories about why this company is thriving in today’s demanding and ever-evolving construction landscape, but also the competitive edge that has made this company not only one of the best places to work now, but since its inception in 1893.
