We make high impact Fundraising Videos For SChools
Fundraising initiatives are a necessary component of an academic institution. They are established for a variety of reasons, whether it’s to fund a new building, provide scholarships for deserving students, or create an endowment for the future. Asking for money is not always easy, but showcasing the reasons why, and doing so in heartfelt, memorable ways, helps move the process forward more successfully.
Our videos help tell those stories.

GREAT VIDEOS PULL COMMUNITIES TOGETHER

While Building a video, build a library
the arts
Larger campaigns often include multiple initiatives. Creating videos for each segment of wider campaigns provides opportunities to showcase those impressive details.

capital campaign: stone ridge school of the sacred heart
The Cor Unum campaign was a key part of progression for Bethesda, MA-based Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. The $26M campaign was centered around creating new campus spaces that enhanced the student experiences, while also staying true to the essence of the school. Our team captured a massive amount of interview and b-roll assets over a 1 week period and built out a series of videos that we are really proud to showcase.

capital campaign: the rashi school
The Rashi School’s $30M Campaign will enable the school to reach more students, enhance learning opportunities, continually improve education, and ensure a secure future for their vibrant Jewish Independent school. Our Copper Hound Pictures team captured interviews, b-roll and drone footage, and built out an 8-minute story that was showcased at their Annual Dinner in May 2024.
Building edits across media
While the main edit was 8-minutes long, our team created several shorter versions for a variety of online and social uses. This project is a great example of leveraging the core content across a variety of video lengths.

CApital campaign: Brimmer
We’ve partnered with Brimmer since 2020, creating all types of compelling video content. We we engaged with them to craft their Building Our Tomorrow story - capturing new content and also leveraging assets we had already obtained. Showcasing their campaign through video has been an important part of the journey to their $26M fundraising goal.
campaign - PHASE II: WMA
Our Copper Hound Pictures team has been working with Wilbraham & Monson Academy since 2018, showcasing their community and campus in a variety of ways. This particular video features details on Phase II part of a master plan, which physically adjusts the campus in two meaningful ways - turning the current Dining Hall into a theater space, while converting its historic Chapel into the new Dining destination.
Leveraging constituents
Who should be in Capital Campaign videos? Heads of School, board and faculty members, even outside architects can play a role in telling the story. Featuring voices from different departments and responsibilities creates a diverse, engaging narrative, ensuring a well-rounded and relatable message that resonates with an audience.
annual fund: derby academy
Annual funds are critical for independent schools. They help cover everyday costs, improve programs, support teachers, and offer financial aid. A video is a great way to reinforce the wider community’s need to stay involved.

scholarship aid initiative: smith college here for every voice campaign
This Smith College is an example of a script we wrote, and one that was delivered by students. The school’s $200M Here for Every Voice campaign was supported by a series of videos we created. This two and a half minute anthem video calls upon the wider Smith community to join them in their pursuit of an even stronger future.
donor thanks/impact: wellesley college
Thanking donors and their families through a highly produced video for the significant gifts they make to an institution is an appreciated effort that can have lasting impact. This particular video features a Wellesley College alumna and highlights how influential her gifts have been to the college and the students that benefit from that generosity.
Do it with video.
“In person is the best way that we can market and advertise ourselves, but if people can't come to campus, then our biggest challenges is to have people see and understand what happens here. And so we found that the best way to do that is through video.” –Melissa Larocque, Belmont Hill School
